Where AEO is not the answer
AEO is worth doing when your buyers research with AI before they contact you, which is most B2B and considered-purchase categories in Singapore now. It is not a fit for everything.
If your customers buy on impulse, walk in off the street, or come entirely through referral, AEO will not move your numbers, and we will tell you so. It also takes time.
